About Cedar & Basket
Cedar & Basket is an editorial publication focused on thermowood and western red cedar as exterior cladding materials in Poland. Articles address mounting details, surface treatment with penetrating oils, and methods for limiting moisture uptake and ultraviolet greying on north- and west-facing elevations.
Content draws on publicly available technical literature from the Institute of Wood Technology (IBŚ-PIB), the International ThermoWood Association, and Polish building standards published through the Polish Committee for Standardization (PKN).
